These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases and services provided by WearAgain Club ("we", "us", "our"), operated from the Netherlands. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Nature of Goods: All items are new, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Materials: Our jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel unless otherwise specified. It is waterproof, hypoallergenic, and designed not to fade or tarnish under normal use. To keep your piece at its best, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, and abrasive surfaces.
Representations: Product images are representative. Due to digital display settings, slight variations in colour or finish may occur. Sizing and measurements are listed on each product page.
Currency: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Secure Payment: Payments are processed via Shopify Checkout (iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple/Google Pay). We do not store financial data.
Stock is not guaranteed until order confirmation. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
Shipping: We ship from the Netherlands via tracked letterbox post.
Estimates:
These are estimates; we are not liable for postal or customs delays.
Import Duties: For orders outside the European Union, the buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
You have 14 days from the day of receipt to notify us of a return.
Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Costs: The direct costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or significantly not as described.
Refunds: We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of your return notification, though we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
We want you to be happy! If you have a complaint, contact us at info@wearagainclub.com within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.
EU ODR: If we cannot resolve a dispute, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
IP: All content on wearagainclub.com is our property. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Privacy (GDPR): Your data is processed according to Dutch privacy laws solely for order fulfilment. We never sell your data to third parties.
WearAgain Club's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
